AN ORDINANCE accepting twenty limited purpose easements for public sidewalk, alley, or street and alley turn-around purposes; placing the real property conveyed by such easements under the jurisdiction of the Seattle Department of Transportation; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts. (This ordinance concerns the following rights-of-way; the sidewalk adjoining Block 47, A. A. Denny’s 6^th Addition to the City of Seattle; the sidewalk adjoining Block 55, Second Addition to the Town of Seattle as laid off by the Heirs of Sarah A. Bell, (deceased) (Commonly known as Heirs of Sarah A. Bell’s 2^nd Addition to the City of Seattle); the sidewalk adjoining Block 13, Lake View Addition to the City of Seattle; the sidewalk adjoining Block 3, Munson and Custer’s Addition to Green Lake Circle (also being known as that portion of Parcel A, City of Seattle Lot Boundary Adjustment No. 3022189, King County Recording Number 20161026900005); the sidewalk adjoining Tract 15, Frye’s Addition to Columbia; the alley in Block 3, York 2^nd Addition to the City of Seattle and Block 44, C. The Easement for Public Sidewalk, dated November 28, 2017, by LENORA HOLDINGS COMPANY LLC, a Washington limited liability company, that conveys and warrants to The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for public sidewalk purposes, the following described real property in Seattle, King County, Washington:

The Northwesterly 1.00 foot of Lot 2 in Block 47 of A. A. Denny’s 6^th Addition to the City of Seattle, according to the plat recorded under Volume 1 of Plats at page 99, in King County, Washington.

Except the Northeasterly 12 feet of said lot as condemned in King County Superior Court Cause No. 52280 for street purposes, as provided by Ordinance No. 13776;

Section 23. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its approval by the Mayor, but if not approved and returned by the Mayor within ten days after presentation, it shall take effect as provided by Seattle Municipal Code Section 1.04.020.
