Title

A RESOLUTION relating to the "Bumbershoot Festival," approving, in principle, the transition of management of the "Bumbershoot Festival" from City government to a nonprofit corporation; specifying the amount of and conditions for the City's future financial participation in the Bumbershoot Festival; and authorizing the negotiation of an agreement between the City and such nonprofit corporation for the presentation on annual Bumbershoot festivals under agreed upon conditions.
