Seattle Public Corporation Reference
Washington state law gives cities the power to create public corporations, also known as public development authorities or PDAs. Seattle’s PDAs are required by Seattle Municipal Code Chapter 3.110 to file certain types of documents with the Office of the City Clerk, including charters, rules, reports, and statements of their board members’ economic interests.
SMC Chapter 3.110 requires that public corporations file certain documents and reports with the Seattle City Clerk's Office. The following offers short-cuts to lists of such documents filed with the City Clerk, most recently filed document listed first. Documents not available in electronic form are available for review in the Office of the City Clerk during regular business hours.
