Title

An ordinance vacating certain portion of streets as follows: Massachusetts Street in said city, lying between Colorado Street and Railroad Avenue; Stacey Street, lying between Colorado Street and Whatcom Avenue; Forest Street, between Colorado Street and Whatcom Avenue; Walker Street lying between Colorado Street and Whatcom Avenue; and in said ordinance particularly described, and providing for the rededication of said vacated portions of said streets.
