AN ORDINANCE authorizing, in 2014, acceptance of funding from non-City sources; authorizing the heads of the Executive Department, Department of Information Technology, Department of Neighborhoods, Seattle Fire Department, Seattle Police Department,
Seattle City Light and the Seattle Department of Transportation to accept specified grants and private funding and to execute, deliver, and perform corresponding agreements; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts.
Section 1. The Mayor or his designees, the Chief Technology Officer, the Director of the Department of Neighborhoods, the Fire Chief, the Chief of Police, the General Manager & Chief Executive Officer of Seattle City Light and the Director of
Transportation, are authorized to accept the following non-City funding from the grantors listed below, and to execute, deliver, and perform on behalf of The City of Seattle, agreements for the purposes described below. The funds, when received, shall
be deposited in the receiving fund identified below to support, or as reimbursement for, the corresponding appropriations set forth in the ordinance introduced as C.B. 118284.
