Subdivision No. 9604422; Tract D, City of Lake Forest Park Short Plat No. SP 96-63; Tract A, City of Shoreline Short Plat No. SHSP 97-018; Lot 8, Block 126, Maynards's Lake Washington Addition; Lot 1, City of Shoreline Short Plat No. SHSP 96-046; Tract 43 and 44 of Petitt's Lake Washington Acre Tracts; the south 35.00 feet of the north 50.00 of vacated South Massachusetts Street; Lot 15, Block 11, Northend Country Estates; Tract 21, Richmond Beach Villa Sites; Lot 4, King County Short Plat No. S89S0179 and placing said easements under the jurisdiction of the City Light Department.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:

That the easements executed by the Grantors upon the dates as hereinafter set forth, each granting to the City of Seattle an easement for electrical overhead and underground distribution upon, under, over and across the real estate described after each Grantor's name, all situated in King County, Washington.

Be and the same are hereby accepted, said easements to be under the jurisdiction of the City Light Department.

Section 2. Any act pursuant to and prior to the effective date of this ordinance is hereby ratified and confirmed.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its approval by the Mayor, but if not approved and returned by the Mayor within ten (10) days after presentation, it shall take effect as provided by Municipal Code Section 1.04.020.
