AN ORDINANCE relating to the Department of Parks and Recreation; accepting deeds for real property in the Northeast Queen Anne, Duwamish Head, West Duwamish, West Seattle, East Duwamish, and Seola Beach Greenbelts and a conservation easement for real property in the St. Mark's Greenbelt, all for open space, park, and recreation purposes. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS: Section l. That the deeds and conservation easement executed on the dates and by the grantors as hereinafter set forth, each conveying to the City of Seattle the parcels of real estate described after each grantor's name, all situated in Seattle, King County, Washington: NORTHEAST QUEEN ANNE GREENBELT: The following parcel acquired in this area was funded by the 1989 Open Space and Trails Bond Program, authorized under City of Seattle Ordinance 114900: TOM PEIZER, as his separate estate, by Deed dated June 12, 1996, recorded June 24, 1996, under King County Recording Number 9606241325, for $8,857.39, as to Open Space Parcel No. 104.0100000 and RPAMIS Subject Parcel No. 9509: Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block 8, Hunter's Lake Union Addition to the City of Seattle, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 7 of Plats, page 27, in King County, Washington; EXCEPT the west 50 feet thereof (commonly known as King County Tax Account Parcel No. 352890-0610).
