Consultant Contract Index

The City Clerk's Consultant Contract Index database is an on-line index to consultant contracts filed with the City Clerk. Currently, this index covers the period from 1991 to the present. This search function searches only the database record describing the contracts, not the full text of the contract itself.

Consultant contracts are filed with the City Clerk for reference purposes and are retained by the Clerk for public review for 6 years after the contracts are closed. We make every effort to enter this data promptly and accurately, but errors may be present. Please contact us if you have questions about the information presented, or to notify us of an error.

To request a copy of a consultant contract, please submit a public records disclosure request. The Department of Finance and Administrative Services, which issues Citywide procedures for consultant contracting, also has an online contract search.
