AN ORDINANCE providing for the laying off, opening, widening and establishing of Olson Place Southwest between southwest Roxbury Street and 1st Avenue South (Secondary State Highway No. 1-K) at existing center line grade; and for the laying off, opening, widening and establishing of an unnamed street connecting Olson Place Southwest and 4th Avenue Southwest and providing for the establishing of grades thereupon; providing for the condmenation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; including property or property rights necessary for cut and fill slopes on certain abutting properties and providing for payment therefor.
