Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Columbia St., over and across Lot 4, Block 193, Seattle Tide Lands; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the construction of an access ramp in Columbia St. and Columbia St. as widened herein, connecting the existing overhead structure in Alaskan Way with 1st Ave.; providing for the establishment of center line grades on said ramp; providing for payment therefor; and repealing Ordinance 92234.
