Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 19th Ave. East in Lot 8, Block 3, Montlake Park Addition, between E. Hamlin Street and the alley south thereof; for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, for establishing the necessary grades; and providing that payment shall be from the City Street Fund.
