An ordinance establishing minimum housing standards for the protection of the public health, morals and the general welfare in buildings used for human habitation in the City of Seattle; establishing a housing advisory board to assist the Superintendent of Buildings in the enforcement of such standards; defining offenses and providing penalties; and superseding Ordinance 88069.
