Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of West Marginal Way, from its intersection with Seventh Avenue South to Twelfth Avenue South; providing for the acquisition, appropriation, taking, and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said West Marginal Way; providing for the taking of land for general municipal purposes by purchase and/or condemnation; and providing for the payment therefor.
