Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as North Queen Anne Drive, from 1st Avenue North to 4th Avenue North, and of the itnersection of 1st Avenue North and Smith Street; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of said drive and intersection of Ray Street between 4th Avenue North and Aurora Avenue; providing for the acquisition, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said drive, intersection and street by purchase and/or condemnation; providing for the acquisition and taking of property in fee simple for the general municipal purposes; providing for the chaning of the name of Halliday Place as platted in Gatzert-Schwabacher First Addition to the City of Seattle and providing for payment therefor.
