Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 16th Avenue South, between East 16th Avenue South, between East Marginal Way and the City Limits; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid from the General Fund of the City of Seattle or from such other fund as the City Council of the City of Seattle may direct, and declaring an emergency.
