Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Lakeview Boulevard, between East Galer Street and East Blaine Street, and at its intersection with Belmont Avenue North, East Howe Street and Boylston Avenue North, and of Boylston Avenue North at Roanoke Street; providing for the establishing of the curb grades of said boulevard and avenue; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said boulevard and avenue; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law, and that no part thereof shall be paid from the General Fund of the City of Seattle.
