Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of Albro Place, from Ellis Avenue to 16th Avenue South; of Swift Avenue, between Juneau Street and Myrtle Street as extended herein; of Myrtle Street, between Swift Avenue as extended herein; of Myrtle Place, between Swift Avenue as extended herein and Myrtle Place; of Myrtle Place, between Myrtle Street and Othello Street; of Othello Street, from Myrtle Place as extended herein to Empire Way, of Hardy Street, between Stanley Avenue and Duwamish Avenue; of Duwamish Avenue, from Vale Street to 13th Avenue South; of 13th Avenue South, from Stanley Avenue to Duwamish Avenue, and of a public street and highway from Eddy Street to Willow Street; providing for the changing and establishing of grades of the above named places, avenues and streets, and of Stanley Avenue, from 13th Avenue South to Hardy Street; Eddy Street and Hardy Street, each from Albro Place as established herein to 13th Avenue South; of 13th Avenue South from Angelo Street to Hardy Street, 14th Avenue South and 17th Avenue South, each from a point north of Swift Avenue to Graham Street, from 18th Avenue South, from a point approximately 126 feet north of Graham Street to Graham Street; Graham Street, from 18th Avenue South, from 18th Avenue South to 16th Avenue South and Eddy Street, from Swift Avenue to a point approximately 200 feet easterly thereof; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said places, avenues and streets; providing for the condemnation of land and other property in fee simple for general municipal purposes, and paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited or from such fund as the City of Seattle shall determine, or by both special assessment and from such fund, in the manner provided by law.
