Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of 8th Avenue Northwest, from Leary Avenue to West 85th Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said 8th Avenue Northwest, and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
