Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of a public street to be known as Sand Point Way, from the intersection of East 45th Street and Exposition Place easterly and northeasterly to the intersection of East 65th Street and 60th Avenue Northeast; of East 50th Street, from 38th Avenue Northeast to Railroad Avenue Northeast; and of 49th Avenue Northeast, from Sand Point Way as herein established to a point approximately one hundred (100) feet northerly therefrom; providing for the establishing of the curb grades of said Sand Point Way; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said way and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
