Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of West Hudson Street and West Dawson Street, each from Fauntleroy Avenue to 37th Avenue Southwest; West Findlay Street, from Fauntleroy Avenue to 35th Avenue Southwest; 36th Avenue Southwest, between West Juneau Street and West Brandon S. Street; 37th Avenue Southwest, between West Juneau Street and West Hudson Street; 38th Avenue Southwest, between West Findlay Street and West Hudson Street; The alley between 35th Avenue Southwest and 36th Avenue Southwest, from West Findlay Street to a point approximately 52 feet north thereof; The alley between 36th Avenue Southwest and 37th Avenue Southwest, from a point approximately 302 feet south of West Findlay Street to a point approximately 52 feet north thereof; The alley between 37th Avenue Southwest and 38th Avenue Southwest and Fauntleroy Avenue, each from West Findlay Street to the south margin of Wilbur's Addition to the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
