Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Lincoln Park Way, from the intersection of 48th Avenue Southwest and Beach Drive to 47th Avenue Southwest, and of 47th Avenue Southwest from a point approximately one hundred sixty-four (164) feet north of West Othello Street to a point approximately one hundred sixty (160) feet south of West Othello Street; providing for the establishing of curb grades of Lincoln Park Way and 47th Avenue Southwest, from the intersection of 48th Avenue Southwest and Beach Drive to West Othello Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and for the making of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting said way and avenue, and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
