Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of West 83rd Street, from 15th Avenue Northwest to 30th Avenue Northwest; of 16th Avenue Northwest, from West 80th Street to West 85th Street; of 24th Avenue Northwest, 25th Avenue Northwest, 26th Avenue Northwest, 27th Avenue Northwest, Earle Avenue Northwest, and 28th avenue Northwest, each between West 80th Street and West 83rd Street; and of the alleys between 24th Avenue Northwest and 25th Avenue Northwest; between 25th Avenue Northwest and 26th Avenue Northwest; between 26th avenue Northwest and 27th Avenue Northwest; between 27th avenue Northwest and Earle Avenue Northwest; and between Earle Avenue Northwest and 28th Avenue Northwest; each from the north line of Loyal Heights Addition to the City of Seattle, Division No. 6, to West 83rd Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property and property rights necessary therefor and providing that the entire cost of improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
