Title

An ordinance granting permission to the Inter-Avenue Building Company to improve Union Street from the west line of First Avenue to the east line of the alley between Western Avenue and First Avenue, by grading, paving, constructing concrete sidewalks, stairways, retaining walls, providing for the necessary surface drainage and doing other such work as may be necessary at their own cost and expense, under certain terms and conditions.
