Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 13th Avenue Northwest, between West 75th Street and West 83rd Street; Mary Avenue Northwest, between West 75th Street and West 85th Street; West 77th Street, between 12th Avenue Northwest and 15th Avenue Northwest; West 80th Street, between 13th Avenue Northwest and 17th Avenue Northwest; West 83rd Street, between 14th Avenue Northwest and 15th Avenue Northwest; the alley between 14th Avenue Northwest and 15th Avenue Northwest; the alley between 12th Avenue Northwest and 13th Avenue Northwest, from West 75th Street to West 77th Street, and from West 80th Street to West 83rd Street; the alley between 13th Avenue Northwest and 14th Avenue Northwest, from the alley as platted in block 2, Manney's Addition to the City of Seattle, to West 83rd Street; the alley between 14th Avenue Northwest and Mary Avenue Northwest, from a point 100 feet north of the north margin of West 75th Street to West 80th Street, and from West 83rd Street to West 85th Street; the alley between Mary Avenue Northwest and 15th Avenue Northwest, from West 75th Street to West 80th Street, and from West 83rd Street to West 85th Street; and the alley between West 75th Street and West 77th Street, from 14th Avenue Northwest to Mary Avenue Northwest; providing for the appropriation, taking and damaging of lands and other property necessary therefor; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, and taking in fee simple of land and other property for general municipal purposes; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement be paid by special assessments upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law, except as herein other provided.
