An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Eddy Street, Morgan Street, Warsaw Street, and Holly Street, each from 42nd Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Brighton Street, from 42nd Avenue South to 44th Avenue South and from 46th Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Willow Street, from 40th Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Frontenac Street, from 42nd Avenue South to Seward Park Avenue; Myrtle Street, from Empire Way to 51st Avenue South; Orchard Street, from 46th Avenue South to 51st Avenue South as extended herein; 40th Avenue South, from Holly Street to Willow Street; 42nd Avenue South, from Graham Street to Empire Way; 43rd Avenue South, from Myrtle Street to Othello Street; 45th Avenue South, from Holly Street to Willow Street, and from Myrtle Street to Othello Street; 46th Avenue South, from Rainier Avenue to Othello Street; 48th Avenue South and 51st Avenue South, each from Frontenac Street to Orchard Street; the alley between Graham Street and Eddy Street, from 42nd Avenue South to the east line of Tract 3, Kelsey's Brighton Beach Acre Tracts, an Addition to the City of Seattle, thence north to Graham Street; the alley between Eddy Street and Morgan Street, from 42nd Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; the alley between Morgan Street and Warsaw Street, from 42nd Avenue South to a connection with the alley established in Block 1, Mutual Addition to the City of Seattle; the alley between Warsaw Street and Holly Street, from 42nd Avenue South to the extension of the alley in Block 1, Mutual Addition to the City of Seattle, produced easterly; the alley between Holly Street and Brighton Street, from 42nd Avenue South to 44th Avenue South, and from 46th Avenue South to the extension of an alley 100 feet southwesterly of Rainier Avenue; the alley between Holly Street and Brighton Street, from 42nd Avenue South to 44th Avenue South, and from 46th Avenue South to the extension of the alley 100 feet southwesterly from Rainier Avenue; the alley between Brighton Street and Willow Street, from 42nd Avenue to 44th Avenue South, and from 46th Avenue South to the extension of an alley 100 feet southwesterly of Rainier Avenue; the alley between Willow Street and Frontenac Street, from 42nd Avenue South to the extension of an alley 100 feet southwesterly from Rainier Avenue; the alley between Frontenac Street and Myrtle Street, from 42nd Avenue South to the east line of Tract 74, Brighton Beach Acre Tracts, an addition to the City of Seattle; and from 51st Avenue South, as widened herein to a point approximately 375 feet easterly therefrom; the alley between 40th Avenue South and 42nd Avenue South from Holly Street to Myrtle Street; the alley between 42nd Avenue South and 43rd Avenue South, from Myrtle Street to Othello Street; the alley between 43rd Avenue South and 44th Avenue South, from Myrtle Street to Othello Street; the alley between 44th Avenue South and 45th Avenue South, from Myrtle Street to Othello Street; the alley between 45th Avenue South and 46th Avenue South, from Holly Street to Willow Street, and from Myrtle Street to Othello Street; the alley between 46th Avenue South and Rainier Avenue, from Warsaw Street to Willow Street; the alley between 46th Avenue South and 48th Avenue South, from Willow Street to Orchard Street; the alley approximately one hundred (100) feet west of 48th Avenue South, from Frontenac Street to Myrtle Street; the alley between 48th Avenue South and Rainier Avenue, from Willow Street to Orchard Street; the alley between 51st Avenue South and Seward Park Avenue, from Frontenac Street to Myrtle Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of the above described streets, avenues and alleys, and for the establishing of the grades and for the grading of the above described streets, avenues and alleys, and of 43rd Avenue South, from Morgan Street to Holly Street, in conformity with the grades established herein; providing for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said streets, avenues and alleys; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
