Right of Way across Blocks Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), Bonair Addition to The City of Seattle; Sewer Right of way across Blocks Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), Bonair Addition to the City of Seattle, from Halleck Avenue Southwest to 52nd Avenue
Southwest; West College Street, from 52nd Avenue Southwest to 47th Avenue Southwest; 47th Avenue Southwest, from West College Street to Admiral Way; Admiral Way, from 47th Avenue Southwest to 44th Avenue Southwest; 44th Avenue Southwest, from Admiral
Way to West Lander Street; West Lander Street, from 44th Avenue Southwest to California Avenue; and for the construction of a temporary outfall from extreme low tide mark in Puget Sound to Alki Avenue at 53rd Avenue Southwest; and for the construction
of branch or lateral sewers in: 53rd Avenue Southwest, from Halleck Avenue Southwest to Hughes Avenue Southwest; Alki Avenue, from 53rd Avenue Southwest to the northeasterly line of Block Three (3), Bonair Addition; Bonair Drive, from Alki Avenue to
Sewer Right of Way adjoining Block Four (4) of Bonair Addition to The City of Seattle, on the northeast; Halleck Avenue Southwest, from Sewer Right of Way across Blocks Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), Bonair Addition to The City of Seattle, to Bonair
Drive; Hobart Avenue Southwest, from 53rd Avenue Southwest to West College Street; Hughes Avenue Southwest, from 53rd Avenue Southwest to 52nd Avenue Southwest; 52nd Avenue Southwest, from Sewer Right of Way adjoining Block Four (4) of Bonair Addition
to The City of Seattle, on the northeast, to Hughes Avenue Southwest; Sewer Right Of Way Adjoining Block Four (4) of Bonair Addition to The City of Seattle, on the northeast, from Bonair Drive to 52nd Avenue Southwest; Sunset Avenue, from West College

Southwest, from West Stevens Street to West Charlestown Street; 41st Avenue Southwest, from West Hanford Street to West Bradford Street; all in The City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6828 of the City Council of the City of Seattle,
creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds", and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
such improvement as approved by the Board of Public Works, and declaring an emergency.
