Title

An ordinance changing and establishing of the curb grades of Seattle Boulevard between Vermont Street and Norman Street, of Maynard Avenue between Charles Street and Seattle Boulevard, of Plummer Street between Seattle Boulevard and 7th Avenue South; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said boulevard, avenue and street, and approaches thereto, in conformity with the grades established herein, and for the cuts and fills upon said boulevard, avenue and street and approaches thereto; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
