Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 10th Avenue Northeast over and across a portion of block five (5), Brooklyn Addition to the City of Seattle, and block two (2), Supplemental Plat of McGuire and Holden's Addition to Latona, now a portion of the City of Seattle, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law, or from such other fund as the City Council of the City of Seattle may designate.
