Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Bothell Way, from the intersection of East 74th Street and 10th Avenue Northeast, northeasterly to the intersection of East 85th Street and 19th Avenue Northeast produced; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of the grades and the grading and regrading of the above named street and approaches thereto in conformity with the grades established herein; and for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills on the property abutting upon said street and approaches thereto; providing for the condemnation, appropriation and taking in fee simple of land and other property for general municipal purposes; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon property specially benefited in the manner provided by law, except as herein otherwise provided.
