An ordinance providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property for public street, highway, sewer, and drainage purposes, over and across Government Lot three (3), Section Thirty-Five (35), Township Twenty-four (24), Range Four (4) East, Willamette Meridian, and shorelands adjoining, extending from Rainier Avenue (formerly Fifty-first Avenue South) to the line of navigability in Lake Washington; and declaring an emergency.
