Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the construction of a trunk sewer and sub-sewer along the following route to-wit: in Rainier Avenue from Henderson Street to Forty-seventh Avenue South at Morgan Street; and in Forty-seventh Avenue South, from Rainier Avenue to Mead Street; also including the construction of an outfall sewer in Henderson Street produced, from Rainier Avenue to deep water in Lake Washington, or in an alternative location in Rainier Avenue, from Henderson Street to a point about three hundred (300) feet south thereof; thence over a right of way to be acquired from Rainier Avenue to deep water in Lake Washington; and the construction of branch or lateral sewers in Rose Street, from Rainier Avenue to Wilson Avenue; Othello Street, from Rainier Avenue to Wilson Avenue; Garden Street, from Rainier Avenue to Orchard Place; Orchard Place from Garden Street to Orchard Street; Orchard Street, from Orchard Place to Wilson Avenue, and Wilson Avenue, from Rose Street to a point about three hundred (300) feet north of the north line of Graham Street, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5685, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
