Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Northlake Place from Northlake Avenue northwesterly to North Thirty-fourth Street; from North Thirty-fourth Street from Northlake Place as established herein to a point approximately Seventy-three (73) feet northwesterly of the west margin of Interlake Avenue; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Northlake Place as laid off, opened, extended and established herein and approaches thereto and for the grading and regrading of said place and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessments on the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
