Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Burien Way, from the intersection of Thirteenth Avenue Southwest and West Edmunds Street to the intersection of Ninth Avenue Southwest and West Kenyon Street; of Ninth Avenue Southwest from West Kenyon Street to West Henderson Street; of an unnamed street from the intersection of Ninth Avenue Southwest and West Henderson Street to the inters4ction of Eighth Avenue Southwest from West Barton Street to West Roxbury Street; and of West Henderson Street from Ninth Avenue Southwest to Tenth Avenue Southwest; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of said Burien Way from the intersection of Thirteenth Avenue Southwest and West Edmunds Street to the intersection of Ninth Avenue Southwest and West Kenyon Street; of Ninth Avenue Southwest from West Kenyon Street to West Henderson Street; of an unnamed Street from the intersection of Ninth Avenue Southwest and West Henderson Street to the intersection of Eighth Avenue Southwest and West Barton Street; of Ninth Avenue Southwest from West Barton Street to West Roxbury Street, and approaches thereto; providing for the condemnation appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of said Burien Way and of the other streets and avenues named herein and for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of said way, streets and avenues and for the grading and regrading of said way, streets and avenues, and approaches thereto; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessments upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
