Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of Fifty-first Avenue Northeast over and across Block Twelve (12), The Palisades Addition to the City of Seattle, and of East Forty-first Street, over and across a portion of Block One (1), The Palisades Addition to City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid in the manner provided by law.
