Introduced as Council Bill 21776

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Queen Anne Boulevard, as established by Ordinance No. 16790, from the intersection of McGraw Street and Bigelow Avenue (now Queen Anne Boulevard) to a point one hundred twenty (120) feet west of the west margin of Nob Hill Avenue; Nob Hill Avenue, from MCGraw Street to the north margin of Wheeler Street; Wheeler Street, from Nob Hill Avenue to Queen Anne Boulevard; and McGraw Street, from the west margin of Nob Hill Avenue to Queen Anne Boulevard, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing therein concrete sidewalks, together with all necessary cross walks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4321 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
