Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as East Marginal Way, from the intersection of Whatcom Avenue and West Spokane Street extending south along Whatcom Avenue and said Whatcom Avenue produced, to Seattle Boulevard; thence continuing southerly and southeasterly to a point on the south line of Section 28, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, W.M., said point being distant one thousand fifty-nine (1059) feet more or less east form the Southwest corner of said section; and of Orcas Street from 1st Avenue South to East Marginal Way as extended herein; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
