Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of 16th Avenue Northwest between West 65th Street and West 67th Street, and of West 65th Street, between 15th Avenue Northwest and 17th Avenue Northwest; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
