Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Seward Park Avenue from the intersection of Dawson Street and 54th Avenue South; thence southeasterly, southerly and southwesterly, to the intersection of Wilson Avenue as widened herein and Morgan Street; of a public street and highway to be known as Juneau Street from Seward Park Avenue as extended herein to Lakeside Avenue South; of a public street and highway to be known as Wilson Avenue, from the intersection of 51st Avenue South and Dawson Street, thence southerly to a point near the intersection of Empire Way as established by Ordinance No. 30673 and Henderson Street; of Meadow Avenue, from the north line of block 17, Brighton Beach Addition to the City of Seattle, to Seward Park Avenue herein; of Edmunds Street form 42nd Avenue South to 43rd Avenue South; of Ferdinand Street from 45th Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; of 46th Avenue South from Ferdinand Street to Dawson Street; of Dawson Street from 46th Avenue South to 51st Avenue South; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of the above named streets and avenues, and also of Edmund Street from Empire Way, as established under Ordinance No. 30673, to 43rd Avenue South; of Ferdinand Street from 43rd Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; of 46th Avenue South from Ferdinand Street to Dawson Street; and of Dawson Street from 46th Avenue South to 51st Avenue South; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said streets and avenues in conformity with such established grades and necessary for the construction of the slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said streets and avenues; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
