Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Forest Street, from a point 30 feet more or less, west from west margin of 26th Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; of 26th Avenue South between Stevens Street and Forest Street; of 27th Avenue South between Stevens Street and Forest Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
