Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway, to be known as Gilman Avenue, from the intersection of Government Way, and 29th Avenue West; thence extending northwesterly to the south margin of the Salmon Bay Waterway; of Harley Avenue from a point 141.16 feet north of the north margin of Lawton Place to the intersection of 33rd Avenue West with Commodore Way; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of said Gilman Avenue and approaches thereto; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said avenue and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades and necessary for the construction of slopes for cuts and fills upon real property abutting upon said avenues and approaches thereto; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
