Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, widening, altering and establishing of Twenty-eighth Avenue Northeast, from East Sixtieth Street southerly a distance of Three hundred Seventy-four (374) feet, more or less; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
