Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, altering and establishing of Lakeview Boulevard from a point forty-two (42) feet south from the south margin of East Blaine Street to a point seventy-two and forty-two one-hundredths (72.42) feet southerly from the south line of the replat of Allmond Addition to the City of Seattle, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
