Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, widening, altering and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Fauntleroy Avenue, following along Thirty-third Avenue Southwest and Thirty-third Avenue Southwest produced from the harbor line in Elliott Bay to a point near West Andover Street produced East; thence southwesterly to West Alaska Street and Thirty-ninth Avenue Southwest; thence south along Thirty-ninth Avenue Southwest to West Juneau Street; thence southwesterly to West Raymond Street and Fortieth Avenue Southwest; thence southerly and southwesterly to West Morgan Street and Forty-fifth Avenue Southwest; thence southerly and southwesterly to the meander line along the shore of Puget Sound at a point in Government Lot No. 2, Section Thirty-five (35), Township Twenty-four (24) North, Range Three (3) East, W. M., and of Florida Street, from Arizona Avenue to aid Fauntleroy Avenue, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of said Fauntleroy Avenue and said Florida Street and approaches thereto; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said avenue and street and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades and necessary for the construction of slopes for cuts and fills upon the real property abutting upon said avenue and street and approaches thereto; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid wholly by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
