Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, widening, altering and establishing of a public street and highway, from Arizona Avenue and West Spokane Street to Thirty-seventh Avenue Southwest and West Wait Street; of West Wait Street from Thirty-seventh Avenue Southwest to Forty-seventh Avenue Southwest; of Ferry Avenue from West Wait Street to West Lander Street; of West Lander Street from Forty-ninth Avenue Southwest to Fifty-third Avenue Southwest; of a public street and highway from Fifty-third Avenue Southwest and West Lander Street as extended herein to West Hanford Street near Fifty-ninth Avenue Southwest; of West Hanford Street from near Fifty-ninth Avenue Southwest to Sixty-third Avenue Southwest, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of West Spokane Street from Twenty-eighth Avenue Southwest to Arizona Avenue, and of the streets and avenues above designated, together with the approaches thereto; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said streets and avenues and approaches thereto and necessary for the construction of slopes for cuts and fills upon the real property abutting upon said streets and avenues and approaches thereto; and providing that the payment of the entire cost of said improvement shall be made wholly by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
