Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of Lander Street from Rainier Avenue to a point which is distant five hundred twenty-five (525) feet west from the west margin of Thirtieth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing for that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in a manner provided by law.
