Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of Union Bay Place from the south margin of East Forty-fifth Street to the east line of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Four (4) East, W. M.; and of East Forty-first Street from the west line of Laurelhurst Addition to the City of Seattle to the east line of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Four (4) East, W. M., all in the City of Seattle as public streets and highways; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment of the cost of said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
