Title

An ordinance providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of certain portions of Maynard's Lake Washington Addition to the City of Seattle; of the Replat of block 75, Maynard's Lake Washington Addition to the City of Seattle; of Lakewood, a Replat of a portion of Maynard's Lake Washington Addition, to the City of Seattle; of B. W. Johns and C. H. Hanford's Five Acre Lots, as recorded in volume 2, of Plats in the Records of King County, Washington; and of a portion of government lot 5, section 23, township 24 north, range 4 east, W.M., together with the shore lands abutting thereon, all in the City of Seattle,, for park, drive and boulevard purposes; and providing or the changing from commercial to park, drive and boulevard uses of certain portions of Court Street, Charlestown Street, Bradford Street, Andover Street, Dakota Street, Genesee Street, Oregon Street, Snoqualmie Street, Alaska Street, Angeline Street, Hudson Street, Lakeside Avenue South, 45th, 46th, 47th, 48th, 49th, 50th, 51st, 52nd, 54th, 55th, 56th Avenues South, all in the City of Seattle,; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment for said property and the cost of the necessary proceedings be made from the City Park Fund.
