Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of Queen Anne Boulevard, as established by Ordinance No. 16790 of the City of Seattle, and approaches thereto, all in the City of Seattle, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said boulevard and approaches thereto, in conformity with such established grades, and for the construction of slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said boulevard and approaches thereto; and providing for the change from commercial to park, drive and boulevard uses of said Queen Anne Boulevard, and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for said change of use, and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
