Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Orcas Street from 32nd Avenue South to Beacon Avenue; Pearl Place, from Orcas Street, as established herein, to Brandon Street; and Brandon Street, from Pearl Place as established herein, to Beacon Avenue, all in the City of Seattle,, as public streets and highways, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
