Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the grades of Harrison Street, from Taylor Avenue to Ninth Avenue North; of Republican Street, from Fifth Avenue North to Ninth Avenue North; of Mercer Street, from Fifth Avenue North to Ninth Avenue North; of Taylor Avenue, from Harrison Street to Mercer Street; of Sixth Avenue North, from Harrison Street to Mercer Street; of Seventh Avenue North, from Thomas Street to Mercer Street; of Dexter Avenue, from Harrison Street to Mercer Street; of Eighth Avenue North, from Harrison Street to Mercer Street; and of Board Street, from Taylor Avenue to Mercer Street, and approaches thereto, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said streets and avenues, and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades; and for the cuts and fills upon property abutting upon said streets and avenues and approaches thereto and providing that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
